Burke Lake 4.5 Miles
What a gorgeous day today here in Fairfax County! It was 88 degrees when I started on the roundtrip around the lake -- its a great place to go 'cause its shady for most of the trip which makes the temperature bearable. I didn't have my watch, so it was very relaxing as I just ran and walked whenever I wanted without worrying about how many minutes. Lots of people out many with dogs. I should have gone and picked up Lilli to go with me...next time I will.
