August 9, 2009


5 Tough Miles at the Indiana Dunes National Park this morning after 6:30AM Mass.
Its a workday for us today but I decided to get a late start and try to see a little something of Indiana and what a treat this was. This photo was a the end of the trail head at Lake Michigan after climbing an unbelievable sand dune to get here. I went back on the loop and the climb back was equally strenuous. They weren't kidding when they said moderately difficult. I'm glad I did it, it was great!

I did some sand cliff climbing on Lake Michigan a month ago on Sleeping Bear Dunes. Do beautiful!
