4.5M ~ 258.0M 2010

Sunday Morning out early for the Fairfax 4.5 Miles and it was a glorious morning outside before the heat of the day came. I was blessed with the company of the Manter Family from Maine who came for an overnight en route to Ocean City MD. We had a great time catching up and "touring" Wegmans and they headed out this afternoon. Packing tonight for the week at the Red Mountain Spa to start my sabbatical.
