The Blizzard of 2010 stalled my running over the weekend. However I was able to get out this morning to the healthclub (roads are still bad) and clock 5 miles in 58 minutes which is a record for me. The pace was tough but not a killer. May go back tonight for a couple more miles to try to make up. My flight to Chicago was cancelled as the city is reeling from all this snow being dumped on us. It was a quiet weekend as a result, stuck inside...part slug, part efficiency. Working from home today after a surprise visit last night from my niece Kates :)
