28 Years Ago today I pulled up to 5 Davis Farm Road in Portland to start my career as a Management Trainee at New England Telephone...what a ride its been since then. Back then I think it was reasonable to think that after I put in my 30 years I'd be thinking about retirement. No such luck!
5K this morning on the treadmill at the hotel. Increased my intervals to walk for 2 and run for 10 or until I hit a mile which was a little under 12 minutes. Seems like a pretty good pace I should stick with. I am finding out now that the cool down may take a little longer, but so be it.
