Back in Hammond and luckily my 4:45AM start secured the treadmill. There was company as all three machines were full for the hour. We were accompanied by CNN and the devastation in Haiti ~ I can't even imagine what life is like for those impacted in some way by this horrible tragedy. My sister's church has a mission to build houses and a hospital in Haiti and I'm wondering how it may have been impacted. My thoughts and prayers go out to all, including the rescue workers headed down there.
