Back at Fitness Pointe for 5 miles on the elliptical this morning. Quads were quietly shouting that this was not fun, but after about 3 miles they settled down and got in the groove. I've pretty much dedided to skip the MCM 1/2 In Fredricksburg and extend my visit to St. Louis to celebrate Law School graduation for Kates.
Big thanks to everyone who checked in on Sunday to see how I survived NYC.
Thought the weather would be warmer here in the Midwest so I came without a coat -- it was pretty darn chilly at 45 degrees waiting outside for the 5AM open of FP.
